Florezza wants to keep the shipping costs of your order as low as possible. We achieve this by shipping small products in a bubble envelope instead of a box. Today, you benefit from free shipping on all orders over $80.

Found the perfect look on our website? Then, of course, you want to enjoy it as quickly as possible! That's why we make sure your order is processed and shipped as quickly as possible.
Below are the average delivery times for all our packages:
- After you place your order, we need 1-2 business days to process it. During the week, it takes one business day, but if you order on a Friday evening or on the weekend, it may take a little longer.
- Once your order is processed, it will be shipped and takes an average of 4 to 6 business days for delivery.
Once you've placed an order with us, you can see when your package will arrive after just a few days. You'll receive your personal tracking code by email, which you can use to track your order through our tracking partner. Learn how this works on our Track & Trace page.

Delivery of your order
Once your order is delivered, you can enjoy your order! Of course, something can always go wrong. Would you like to exchange or return it? Send us an email at Florezza@proton.me
Defective product? That's a shame! Unfortunately, it can happen that your product is damaged during transport. In this case, we always ship a new package free of charge the first time and unfortunately cannot offer a refund. Will it go wrong the second time? We will then refund you the full purchase price.
To order something
The ordering process at Florezza.com is incredibly simple. First, go to the product page and add the desired product to your shopping cart. To do so, click the "Add to Cart" button.
It's important to check that you've selected the correct options. If everything is correct, click the "Proceed to Checkout" button. On the information page, you'll need to enter the correct address information. Please ensure all details are correct. Once this information is complete, you can click the "Proceed to Shipping" button.
The "Shipping" page gives you the opportunity to double-check the address information you've entered. It also points out that every shipment is shipped completely free of charge. As a token of our appreciation to our customers, we always cover the shipping and delivery costs. You can now proceed by clicking the "Proceed to Payment" button.

If a package is lost or undeliverable due to logistical reasons, we will always resend a new package before proceeding with the refund and return process. If the order is not received within 60 days of shipment, the order can be refunded.
