Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not, you may return most items within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund, exchange or a gift card.
To ensure a smooth return process, please note:
- Condition of Items: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging.
- Proof of Purchase: A receipt or gift receipt is required for all returns.
- Return Method: Returns can be made via mail. Please ensure the item(s) is securely packaged and shipped using a trackable method.

- Once Received: We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether or not the refund has been approved. If approved, you will automatically receive a refund via your original payment method within 10 business days.
- Refund: Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post your refund.

Please Note:
- Gift Cards: Gift cards are non-returnable and cannot be exchanged for cash or another gift card.
- Final Sale Items: Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective item.
- Bulk purchases—defined as 5 or more units of a single item in a single transaction—are considered final sale. These items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund. This policy helps us manage inventory and offer competitive pricing on large orders.
